As Digital Account Director, your core responsibilities will include:
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their unique goals and messaging are effectively incorporated into digital fundraising programs.
- Performance Reporting: Compile and review performance reports, obtaining management approval before client dissemination.
- Client Interaction: Attend meetings with clients, accommodating both remote and in-person settings as required.
- Copy Editing Assistance: Provide support in drafting, refining and editing client copy to optimize impact.
- Project Traffic Assistance: Aid in the management and coordination of project workflow.
- Ops Management: Undertake the creation, testing, and distribution of digital links and fundraising pages, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with both internal team members and external partners.
- Agency Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other agency partners to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
